Marco Esper is a paper industry veteran with over two
decades of leadership in engineering, project management, and
executive roles across Europe and Asia. With a degree in Paper
Technology from TU Dresden, he combines technical depth with
commercial acumen. Prior to joining AstenJohnson, he was CEO of
the Heimbach Group and a board member of Voith Paper Group.
